We are seeking a customer focused and dedicated?Medical Receptionist to work across our Clinics in Rosebud, Beleura, Frankston, Peninsula Private and the Bays in Mornington. This is a full time , permanent position working rotating shifts between 7am and 5.45pm , Monday to Friday.

What will you be doing?
Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Efficiently manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
Handle patient inquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided.
