Position Title: Lead Pharmacist (Clinical) - Oncology and Ambulatory Cancer Services
Employment Type: Maximum Term (12 months Maternity Leave Backfill - with the possibility of extension) Hours per week: 38 hours (plus weekend and on-call as per roster requirements) - ? Part-time will be considered?. Position Grade: Pharmacist Grade 3 (Year 1 - 2) Salary: $127,372.36 - $130,818.75
