Your new role
Youll be an integral part of the Reservations Department supporting them with general administration, bookings, and numeric data entry.
Duties include:
Ensure all reservations calls, emails and general enquiries are resolved in a friendly manner, using clear English communication whilst promptly providing accurate information regarding availability and any other requested information.
Processing reservations through an inhouse reservations system
Ensure the daily reservations schedule and room assignment records are accurately maintained and distributed.
