Vantage Freight is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trade Marketing Specialist to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and international trade, with a proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance our global presence. This is a full-time position with annual remuneration between $75,000 - $85,000 plus superannuation depending on experience.
Key tasks and duties:
• Develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, and print to promote our freight forwarding services.
• Create and curate engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials to effectively communicate our value proposition and industry expertise.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the international freight forwarding industry.
• Analyse customer needs and preferences to tailor marketing strategies effectively.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote our services and expand market reach.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
• Implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential clients. Track and measure campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing brand identity across all marketing initiatives. Ensure consistency in messaging and visual presentation.
• Organize and participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to enhance company visibility and networking opportunities.
• Monitor and analyse marketing metrics and KPIs. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and ROI, and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives and support overall company goals.
Skills and experience:
• Education
? Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience
? 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation industry.
? Strong understanding of international trade regulations, market dynamics, and competitive strategies.
• Skills
? Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media management tools).
? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
