What you will do:

Reporting to the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for training, managing, and optimising our website content while collaborating closely with the development and marketing teams.  You will be a highly organized and data-driven Web Marketing Specialist with at least 3 years of experience to lead our content strategy and execution.

The Web Marketing Specialist will also:

  • Train and support the marketing team in CMS usage and best practices.
  • Create, manage, and optimize website content aligned with SEO and user experience goals. Collaborate with development teams on new features and system migrations.
  • Analyze website performance and implement data-driven improvements.

What you will bring:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar website production role.
  • Proficiency in headless CMS, SEO, and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility, and usability.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and intermediate Adobe Suite skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Strong task management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results
