What you will do:
Reporting to the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for training, managing, and optimising our website content while collaborating closely with the development and marketing teams. You will be a highly organized and data-driven Web Marketing Specialist with at least 3 years of experience to lead our content strategy and execution.
The Web Marketing Specialist will also:
- Train and support the marketing team in CMS usage and best practices.
- Create, manage, and optimize website content aligned with SEO and user experience goals. Collaborate with development teams on new features and system migrations.
- Analyze website performance and implement data-driven improvements.
What you will bring:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar website production role.
- Proficiency in headless CMS, SEO, and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility, and usability.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and intermediate Adobe Suite skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Strong task management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
