As our Business Development Manager, you will seek out new business opportunities within the Corporate sector, driving revenue with your exceptional expertise.
You will develop and nurture strong, sophisticated relationships with corporate clients, generating high-value leads and securing top-tier business for Pullman & Mercure. Your strategic vision and refined approach will highlight the characteristics of our overall hotel rooms, products and services, driving success through unmatched dedication.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving business development and managing accounts within the corporate sector.
- Actively promote the area as a destination to boost business room nights.
- Taking a proactive and innovative approach to acquiring new corporate business.
- Promoting and selling the hotel's products and services, including Food and Beverage.
- Collaborating with the Sales & Marketing department to establish clear, effective systems for managing new business and its implementation.
- Maximizing long-term returns for the hotel from both new and existing accounts.
- Working with operational departments to implement systems that ensure outstanding customer service and encourage repeat business from managed accounts.
- Partnering with the Marketing team to achieve the hotel's overall strategic goals.
