Essential criteria:
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA, Visa applicants must provide evidence of permission to work in Australia.
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent clinical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an environment of change and continuous improvement.
- Experience working independently.
- Computer skills
- Person centred approach to aged care.
- Problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage resources effectively.
Desirable:
- Professional membership
- Minimum two years’ experience
- Knowledge of and experience in quality activities.
