This role would support our clinics based in Indooropilly and Oxley. As a team member of our Reception Admin Hub you will be providing phone based support to patients; using our online referral system to identify and directly contact patients to arrange and finalise their imaging appointments. In addition you will assist with answering and managing overflow calls from the Indooroopilly front desk during peak periods. This role will support a high volume of calls from patients with booking requests, referrers to the clinic, and other phone based queries. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a phone based customer service role, be comfortable managing multiple calls and systems;
