• Solution Design & Technical Oversight: Provide comprehensive solution design and technical review to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor the development team, conduct code reviews, evaluate solutions, and offer constructive feedback.
• Client Engagement: Facilitate workshops with client's IT and Business Users to advocate best practices and promote the proposed approaches.
• Documentation Review: Critically review Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Business Requirement Documents (BRD) to ensure alignment with project goals.
Required Qualifications: -
• Extensive Avaloq Experience: A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with Avaloq.
• Techno-Functional Expertise: Proficiency in at least three domains, including but not limited to STEX, Payments, Portfolio Management, Credits, and Client Onboarding.
• Familiar with API creation and RESTful services, containerization technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker or equivalent, CI/CD
• Must demonstrate proficiency and possess experience necessary to develop moderately complex software in PL/SQL and object-oriented languages e.g. Java or .NET.
• Specialized Knowledge: In-depth expertise in RM WORKPLACE and Web Banking.
