ABOUT THE JOB:
Provide high-level administrative and logistical support to the Stakeholder Management Team.
Assist with data entry of stakeholder interactions and notes.
Support engagement activities, including event logistics.
Develop and maintain office support systems using databases and spreadsheets.
Monitor, manage, and triage executive correspondence and urgent requests from TMR senior management and the Minister.
Coordinate, research, and prepare information for the team, including reports, statistical data, and internal briefing materials.
