This reputable Tier 3 Commercial builder specialise in a diverse range of Commercial projects to the value of $50M. They have been demonstrating their incomparable expertise for over 35 years and have developed a strong name for themselves within the Construction industry. Due to a number of recently awarded projects, a position now exists for an experienced Project Manager to join the team in Melbourne.
Your new role
You will be responsible for:
The procurement process, coordinating subcontractors & liaising with the site team.
Managing all correspondence with the relevant stakeholders including the client, consultants, architects and internal staff
Making sure projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in a Project Manager role working for a Tier 2 or 3 builder in Melbourne
Experience delivering new build, aged care or school projects circa $25M
A strong ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders and subcontractors
Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and negotiating skills
Advanced leadership skills with the ability to manage teams across multiple functions
High level of attention to details and numerical analysis and interpretation
Capable of applying critical thinking to complex analytical situations What you'll get in return
