About the role In this Permanent Full-Time role, as the IT Operations Lead you will be responsible for delivering a continually evolving, reliable, high performing and secure IT operational environment to employees, that underpins and enables their timely and high-quality delivery of services to TUH members. The Role is also responsible for the provision of safe and effective workplace facilities. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Lead and manage IT Operations, overseeing daily functions and resources.
Offer expertise on technical issues, advising on projects for enhanced business value.
Develop, implement, and manage IT projects, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
Create and maintain operational documentation and processes for all infrastructure.
Stay updated on industry standards, particularly in IT and security.
Coordinate and Manage maintenance services for TUH properties and vendor agreements, nurturing stakeholder relationships.
