ICT Project Manager
The Data and Service Delivery Governance Branch within DFAT's Information Management and Technology Division (IMD) is seeking an ICT labour-hire resource for the position of ICT Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the delivery of complex ICT projects.
Participate in quality assurance activities and manage interdependencies to support specific business strategies and objectives across multiple projects.
Key Deliverables:
Develop and maintain Project / Program Plans.
Document Business Needs / Business Requirements.
Maintain RAID logs throughout the project lifecycle.
Utilize departmental tools (SharePoint, EDRMS, DevOps) for project management and artifact storage.
Create High Level Solution Designs and Detailed / As-built solution documentation.
Develop Transition into service plans and documentation.
Provide monthly status reports.
Manage submission and verification of weekly timesheets.
