Job Descriptions :-

  • To attend incoming telephone calls & visitors
  • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mails and faxes for the office.
  • Handling stationery matter
  • Update incoming and outgoing courier service.
  • Maintain cleanliness of office.
  • Undertake all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as required by the management.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM certificate or higher certification in Office Administration.
  • Computer literate and familiar with MS Office.
  • Knowledge in applicable legal and ESH requirements and practices.
  • Pleasant personality with good communications skills.
