Job Descriptions :-
- To attend incoming telephone calls & visitors
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming mails and faxes for the office.
- Handling stationery matter
- Update incoming and outgoing courier service.
- Maintain cleanliness of office.
- Undertake all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as required by the management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM certificate or higher certification in Office Administration.
- Computer literate and familiar with MS Office.
- Knowledge in applicable legal and ESH requirements and practices.
- Pleasant personality with good communications skills.
