Business Support Specialist

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Primary contact point for Sales Account Managers, Principals and Vendors.
  • Focus on proactive costing generation.
  • Focus on maintenance contract, follow up and closure.
  • Assists in pricing sourcing, preparation of BOM & quotation, liaising with partner/principal/vendors on pricing aspects, and other maintenance business relevancies.
  • Preparation, monitor, forecasting and to track maintenance contract renewal rate.
  • To work with service delivery managers on maintenance support relevancies.
  • To Assist Business Manager on identifying Go-To-Market strategy when necessary.

Education and Experience:

  • Degree in IT, Business Administration, Supply-Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Ability to work under tight schedule, manage multiple groups of users, process assignments with efficiency, accuracy, maintain positivity and patience.
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Good command of both written and spoken in English.
  • Comfortable with process/functional documentation.
  • Self-motivated, integrity and ethical.
  • Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experienced in the use of computers and office suites (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word &etc.)
  • Product knowledge in Network, Server or Security will be an added advantage.
