Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Proactively source candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs.
- Screening and Interviewing:
- Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Client and Candidate Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Job Placement:
- Match qualified candidates with appropriate job opportunities based on their skills and experience.
- Present job offers and negotiate terms with candidates.
- Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in staffing and recruitment.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Prepare and manage job descriptions, offer letters, and other recruitment documentation.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.
