Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to hiring, including poaching & job advertisement.
- Supervise in-house recruiters to meet recruitment KPIs effectively.
- Develop and implement selection policies and procedures.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Head of Operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Proven track record with 5 years of recruiting experience in retail; a background in recruitment agencies is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive under deadlines.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus.
