Your new role
Reporting directly to the Workshop Manager, you will be:
Working in the local Mackay workshop and some field work
Perform test drives, diagnose issues, and efficiently maintain and repair equipment, both in the workshop and in the field as needed.
Facilitate effective communication with the parts department to enhance customer service.
Properly label warranty parts.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Complete daily timecards accurately, referencing the correct job number.
