Salary: $69,203 to $73,379 dependent on experience

Full time office hours Monday to Friday

As the AO5 Property Maintenance Officer you will be working on:
A wide range of property facility and management related functions
Small and large projects
Ensure that all property and facility management issues are resolved
Assist with the preparation of procurement of assets (property/infrastructure), as well risk management and insurance benchmarking activities.
Assist with lodging of insurance claims, Investigations and reporting
Escalate any issues of major concern to the property management team
