Maters Property team has an exciting permanent and Full-Time opportunity for a Property Manager provide property management services within Maters portfolio. Reporting to the Manager Property and Body Corporate management, this role will see you manage the properties in which Mater is Landlord and in which Mater is Tenant.
Located in our corporate office in Newstead, you will be part of a small team who deliver leasing, lease administration, property management, strategic portfolio management and body corporate services to support the sustainability of Mater Health.
Salary range: $43.31 - $47.72 (MCA level 4) per hour plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 access to many staff benefits!
