The Role
This is a different type of role where you get the opportunity to contribute to positive social impact and a world without housing poverty.
This position includes all aspects of property management such as:
Property inspections
Allocations of vacant properties
Rental collection and chasing arrears
Conducting condition reports
Coordinating lease and rent reviews
Carrying out exit procedures
As a Property Manager, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders including government departments, clients, private investors and relevant support agencies as this is a mixed portfolio.
