3-5 years experience in Business Analysis roles involving project scoping, requirements management and process improvement.
An understanding of how to drive change in a geographically disperse retail operational business, driving a better future state across office-based and frontline workers.
Strong business understanding and commercial acumen is essential.
Relevant Business Analyst and process improvement qualifications (eg Lean SIX SIGMA).
Business Analysis and Process Improvement experience (within both waterfall and agile environments) with responsibility for detailed business requirements and process mapping.
Strong presentation and written & verbal communication skills with the ability to develop business requirements and present them back to the business for sign off.
Appreciation of both Technology and Business strategy & operations.
Ability to work on a diverse range of multiple concurrent projects.
Ability to lead a team through research, design and delivery of project requirements and process improvements.
