- Lead and manage large scale commercial occupier projects as the key client interface
- Participate in local and national commercial sector groups.
- Developing and leveraging industry relationships and preparing strategies from a business generation and project delivery perspective
- Lead the pre-delivery phase of projects (strategy, site search and AFL/Lease negotiations)
- Lead the delivery phase of projects through to successful completion.
- Managing all aspects of project administration, budgets, timelines, risks and reporting and quality.
