About the role We are looking for a Records Digitisation Business Case Project Manager who is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of a project aimed at converting physical records into digital formats.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Information Management team and other departments to identify the volume of physical records, relevant business processes, and State Records NSW requirements, in order to define the full scope of the digitisation project and evaluate its feasibility.
Partner with an external vendor to deliver a proof of concept, providing precise estimates for project needs, methodology, timeline, and budget, essential for obtaining business case approval.
Prepare and present a comprehensive business case for the records digitisation project to secure both business and funding approval, enabling the project to advance to the procurement stage.
