Two full-time Accounts Clerks are needed for Ashmar Nominees Pty Ltd, located at Kununurra, Western Australia. Ashmar Nominees Pty Ltd own several stores in Kununurra, including Kununurra Home and Garden, CCR Supply, Tackle World and Workwear Kununurra.
Salary $68,000 to $75,000 per year.
Position Description
As part of our dedicated team you will be responsible for the below duties:
• Receive, enter and process accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile payments and invoices with bank transactions.
• Track expenses and income figures.
• Provide financial reports to the Directors.
• Assist with management of timesheet and wages documents.
• Answer phone calls from customers and suppliers.
• Comply with WHS at all times.
• Other general administrative and clerical duties.
Requirements
• AFQ Certificate II or Certificate III, or at least one year of full-time experience as an Accounts Clerk.
• Secondary education or equivalent.
• High level of computer literacy.
• High level of numerical accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
To be successful you will be highly productive, with good communication skills and the ability to manage your time and follow procedures independently. A positive disposition, a willingness to learn and a passion for efficiency is essential.
