THE JOB OPPORTUNITYThe APS6 Senior People and Culture (P&C) Advisor will be an experienced HR professional with demonstrated experience in WHS and Rehabilitation.In this role you will work within a collaborative small team to provide partnerships with all areas in the HR areas of WHS and Rehabilitation.Your responsibilities will include the ongoing management of the workers compensation and rehabilitation program, and contributing to the ongoing development and implementation of health and wellbeing frameworks that support employee physical and mental health.Working closely with the Manager of Work Health and Safety, under limited direction, you will assist with management of early intervention and wellbeing programs and initiatives and supporting the mental health capability framework.
