About the role
The Mater Hospital Brisbane has an opportunity available for an experienced Senior Administration Officer to join their Telehealth team. This role is permanent full time.
Salary range: $36.51 - $40.81 (MCA3) per hour plus superannuation
What youll be doing
Receiving, reviewing and processing new telehealth appointments
Liaise with local GPs, QLD HHS, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Centres to schedule telehealth appointments with clinical support.
Monitor daily telehealth appointments across Ambulatory and Outpatient specialties and virtually arrive patients to their telehealth appointments via the Outpatient Appointment Journey Board.
