We have an exciting 12mth fixed term contract opportunity for an experienced and passionate Business Analyst to join our PMO Team where you will work collaboratively with business owners, technology and key stakeholders across the business to research, design and deliver business requirements for projects and activities across our SIXT hire car business. You will also be responsible for identifying cost saving opportunities through waste reduction and process improvement.
This role offers hybrid work arrangements from our Sydney CBD and Sydney Olympic Park offices with the flexibility to work from home as agreed and required.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting with shaping and scoping projects and initiatives.
- Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements.
- Presenting business requirements across the business s required.
- Mapping as-is (current state) and to-be (future state) processes as part of defining business requirements.
- Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements to drive cost out and reduced waste.
- Estimating costs and identifying business savings to define desirability, feasibility and viability of proposed process improvements.
- Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
- Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the business teams.
- Implementing and testing of solutions.
- Supporting business transition and helping to effectively manage and establish change.
