In this role, you'll be the master of organisation, responsible for sorting, categorising, and maintaining impeccable records of items, resources, or assets. Your mission? Make sure every catalogue entry is spot-on, easy to find, and ready for action-all through the magic of Pronto!Day to day tasks will include:
Develop a comprehensive inventory listing, ensuring accuracy and completeness of stock codes and associated data.
Categorise stock codes and integrate them with Bills of Materials (BOMs) and preferred suppliers for streamlined procurement processes.
Design and implement a robust stock-take process to maintain inventory integrity.
Create and manage standardised reporting mechanisms to monitor performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
Lead the review and approval process for material disposal, adhering to management guidelines.
Design, gain approval for, and promptly implement the ANSI (American National Standards Institute) process.
