Senior Recruitment Consultant Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to work for the Crescent Respite Facility. The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field, and at least three (3) years of relevant experience. Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents are preferred.
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and policies aligned with the organisation's mission, values, and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) requirements
- Regularly review and update HR policies to ensure compliance and best practices
- Providing information on current job openings with NDIS clients of Crescent Respite to job seekers
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and reference checks
- Recruiting, training and managing a team of recruiters
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Develop and manage the talent pool
- Assessing job vacancy information from the intake team, including details about client assessments, job descriptions, and care plans
- Collaborating with business units to gather and analyse information, continually improving the onboarding process
- Arranging the induction of staff and providing information on conditions of service, salaries and promotional opportunities
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters
- Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction
Benefits & Remuneration:
- Competitive salary starting from $90,000 - $100,000, plus guaranteed superannuation

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant in the disability industry or similar environment
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent
- A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check or ability to obtain one
- A valid Working with Children Check or ability to obtain one
- To be able to travel between our Regional Sites (Geelong, Beveridge, Wyndham Vale)
- The ability to handle multiple live roles at once (10 - 20 candidates weekly)
- Experience working to and exceeding targets and deliverables
- History of lead generation and outcomes
- Strong time management and critical thinking ability
