This role will be trusted and utilized by the successful and progressive CEO. An opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to support their CEO on an temp to perm basis . By nature, you will be enthusiastic, thoughtful and persuasive. By profession, youll have impeccable organisational skills, be adept at multi-tasking, have the ability to prioritise and, of course, you recognise the importance of discretion. Responsibilities The Executive Assistant is responsible for various administration and support tasks including but not limited to:
Ensure CEO is appropriately briefed & prepared prior to internal & external meetings/conferences on a daily & weekly basis.
End-to-end meeting coordination (i.e. Agendas, Minutes, Venues, Facilities, Catering, etc.).
Diary management
End-to-end travel bookings
