About the role This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a thriving and growing beverage company in a challenging and rewarding role. Responsibilities Supporting the CEO your role would involve:
Manage the CEOs calendar and travel arrangements
Coordinate internal and external meetings for CEO with broader team, including room set up, arrange catering etc as needed
Coordinate internal reports or board reports as required
Produce & distribute meeting agendas and take minutes
Manage, develop and implement systems and processes
Project support including new product development & ad hoc event management
Financial administration such as reconciling expenses as require
