At The White Elephant Beach Café we are looking for a full-time (at least 38 hours per week) skilled Chef to perform the following duties:
Responsibilities
• Creating and planning specials and menus on regular basis;
• Monitoring and managing stock levels;
• Estimating food costs and managing the budget;
• Inspecting food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe sanitary food handling practices;
• Hiring, training and managing kitchen staff;
Requirements
• The right candidate will have at least 3 years of experience
• A can-do attitude and ability of working independently.
Position: Full Time
Salary: $65,000 – 90,000 per year
Location: Margaret River WA 6285
