Job Description:
Mars Wrigley Australia home to many well-known brands such as Skittles, Extra & Eclipse are looking for our next Quality Assurance Specialist who will drive our quality agenda and lead the implementation and governance of Quality & Food Safety requirements. You?ll be part of our R&D team where you?ll play a critical role in maintaining a high standard of food safety performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Management of the Food Safety Program within the factory including achieving compliance to Mars Global Quality and Food Safety HACCP standard.
Lead the HACCP initiatives and ensure the adequacy of GMP and CCP/OPRP programs to support the food safety program.
Drive continuous improvement of the quality and food safety programs, including incident management and root cause analysis of near misses.
Ensure consumer and customer complaints are investigated and develop a continuous improvement plan to reduce consumer complaints.
