We are looking for a well rounded individual who can become an asset to our team and help guide the Production team in g targets for allocations, However must be competent within working computers for producing delivery manifests to accompany the allocations.
Within this role we are looking for experience in the following fields to be considered for this role:
• Must have experience with working a Demtec Potting Machine.
• Have Knowledge and experience with how Demtec Robot Machines work.
• Must be able to communicate with workers through busy times.
• Must be confident in delegating tasks to achieve the production goals.
• Experience within packing plants for shipment.
• Knowledge of excel.
• Having a second language would be an advantage.
• Full driving license.
Must have three years of full time work experience in a nursery.

Pay: $74,000.00 per year
