Qualifications & experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in café or restaurant management.
Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) in hospitality or restaurant managemen and/or relevant experience
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Tasks & responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the café, including opening and closing duties.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, and resolving any issues or complaints.
Train and supervise café staff, including baristas, servers, and kitchen staff, to ensure high quality service and efficiency.
Ensure rostering of staff is completed weekly and monitor any changes to staff availability.
