Applicant must hold the following occupations in this unit group have a level of skill commensurate with the qualifications and experience outlined below.
Associate, Advanced or Diploma qualifications in Civil Engineering or 3 years experience in lieu of qualification.
2 years work experience as a minimum.
Extensive Drafting and Detailing experience

Tekla Design & Structural Software
The successful applicant must be able to show at least three years of relevant experience in the above skills
Tasks Include:
preparing sketches, charts, BOQ’s and footing designs using Tekla
performing and directing fieldwork and laboratory testing
interpreting work assignment instructions, applying appropriate procedures and selecting equipment
collecting and analysing data, and carrying out computations
estimating material costs and ensuring finished works are within specifications, regulations and contract provisions
inspecting civil engineering works, and organising and supervising maintenance and repair work
conducting field and laboratory tests of construction materials and soils, and collecting data for traffic surveys

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
