About The Role
As an Employment Coach you will support people with a disability in the workplace to achieve personal employment goals aligned to their NDIS plans. You will be supporting and working alongside Endeavour Foundation employees to undertake daily duties and work tasks supporting those employees.
Responsibilities:
Support the relationship between the Host employer, Endeavour Foundation and the Employees We Support.
Provide direct support to our employees with a disability to ensure that they have the resources and support to thrive in the workplace.
