An Agile Coach/Scrum Master is responsible for guiding and facilitating Agile practices within a team or organization, ensuring that Agile principles and Scrum methodologies are effectively implemented to enhance productivity and deliver high-quality products.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily progress of the team, providing motivation, coaching, and resolving challenges.
Implement and refine Agile processes within the team.
Guide the team towards higher levels of Agile maturity.
Focus on managing and addressing dependencies.
Mandatory Skills:
Extensive experience as a Scrum Master.
Expertise in Agile change management, ideally within SAFe.
Experience with JIRA and Confluence, or a strong desire to learn and work with these tools.
NV1 Security Clearance is mandatory.
