The Company: One of Queenslands oldest family owned builders who operate mainly in the industrial, education and food processing sectors are currently going from strength to strength and are in a period of growth with some exciting project on the horizon. The role Site Manager Due to recent successful tenders their workload for the remainder of 2024 is looking very exciting and they have a need for a Site Manager to join the ever growing business who are now one of the busiest Tier 2 builders in QLD. Your first project will be a $24M education build located on the in the inner suburbs of Brisbane. What you need to be successful
Experience delivering projects from a value of $15M plus
Experience with a Tier 2 or Tier 3 builder
Stability with previous employers
