Shaft Electricians As a Shaft Electrician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and communications equipment associated with RUCs powered winding systems. Your expertise will contribute to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of hoisting plant and shaft electrical infrastructure.
Multiple rosters on offer 15/13 or 7/7 (project and location dependent)
FIFO from Capital cities, and Residential Sydney
Reporting to the Electrical Supervisor, key accountabilities will include:
Promoting a culture of Zero Harm, leading by example.
Assist with the construction and commissioning of project hoisting plant
Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and performance testing of the electrical systems related to RUCs hoisting equipment and associated shaft sinking plant.
Routine inspections, installation & fault finding of communication systems
Fault-finding, diagnosis, repair and maintenance of the High voltage & Low voltage electrical
