Reporting to the L&D Manager, the successful candidate will embrace the opportunity to, develop and implement training plans across the business for overall organisation improvement.
Responsibilities include:
Develop and implement training plans across the organization in response to recent government reforms and new policies.
Focus on key areas such as WHS Legislation and Aged Care Reforms to ensure compliance and staff awareness.
Liaise with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to gather relevant information for training materials.
Create and maintain training matrices and materials, including e-learning modules.
Ensure staff are adequately trained and informed about their roles and responsibilities as per organisational policies.
Skills and experience required:
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
Ability to interpret complex information and translate it into training materials.
