Reporting to the Manager, Org Capability & Culture, the Organisational Development Advisor will oversee key initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness:
Responsibilities include:
Culture Survey Project | Pulse Surveys: Lead and manage culture surveys and pulse surveys to gauge employee engagement and satisfaction.
Administration & Coordination | Reports | Action Plans: Coordinate survey administration, compile reports, and develop action plans based on survey findings.
Supporting overall rollout: Assist in the rollout and implementation of organisational development strategies and initiatives.
Support HR as required | Change Management Experience: Collaborate with HR teams to support change management processes and initiatives.
Leadership Development Knowledge | Involvement with Brightwater Plus overhaul: Contribute to leadership development programs and initiatives and support the overhaul of the Brightwater Plus program.
IT/Systems: Utilise Qualtrics (or similar software) for survey administration and analysis. Proficiency in MS Suite required.
