The Role
As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a fluid service during peak times. You will oversee up to 12 FOH staff at any given time, and you will have an extremely customer-centric outlook on Hospitality. Your responsibilities would be across the bar, dining area and gaming. RMLV and RSA a must, and gaming licence is preferred.
