As Manager you will be responsible for growing MFI with client – beyond cards, across loyalty (MLS), experiences (Bus Dev) and other innovations, setting sales strategies as it relates to customer accounts and achieving sales goals that drive market share, volume and revenue growth.

Role;

• Leads and manages existing customer relationships, and works to identify cross-sell opportunities and customer needs
• Partners with customers to deliver customized solutions and comprehensive consulting support
• Responsible for pipeline management at the account level
• Net Revenue – Contributes to increasing services revenue and driving net revenue targets.
• Internal influencing – collaborates with multiple divisions to achieve best outcome for client and Mastercard
• External influencing – partner facing, influencing strategy with senior leaders.
• Strategy Development – assists in designing strategies and proposals
• Strong Communication - development of marketing plans to drive outcomes for client and Mastercard.
• Delivery – face of Mastercard in delivering contractual commitments.

All About you
• Suitable candidates must have extensive card payments plus:
- Issuing experience is a must.
- Network or loyalty experience
• You have proven influencing and client relationship skills, ideally within large global matrix organizations.
• Experience with delivering products to market working across marketing, operations and technology teams
• A track record of delivering and driving result in Financial Services
• A passion for learning new things and being resilient during project delivery.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
