Job Opportunity
As an Operations Engineer, you will work closely with key operational personnel to develop factory plans, goals and operational strategies. You will use your expertise to contribute to the delivery of individual and team targets relating to milling performance, sugar recovery, factory availability and budget expectations.
This position will be based at our Invicta Mill in the Burdekin region, known for its stunning landscapes, rich agricultural heritage, and a vibrant community. The Burdekin region offers a fantastic lifestyle with a warm climate, beautiful beaches and a range of recreational activities, making it a great place to live and work.
Responsibilities will include:
Providing technical guidance on process and operational targets to optimise factory performance
Analysing and reporting on factory performance and providing recommendations in relation to crushing, sugar recovery, sugar quality plans and financial objectives
