HR Administrator

The role is responsible for various functions including recruitment, onboarding, record management and employee relations.
Client Details
Our client is a leader in manufacturing and engineering products to be distributed around Australia.
Description
The position will include:

Organising training and development programs.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitating the onboarding process.
Updating and organising employee records and HR databases.
Help maintain an already positive work environment.

Profile
To be successful in the position you will need:

Excellent customer service experience (face to face).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Confident using computer systems - training will also be provided.
Excellent attention to detail and administration skills.
Completed or continued studies in HR is preferred.
Two years experience in a similar role is preferred.
Pass a Medical and Drug and Alcohol Test.
Must be a Permanent
