The Talent Acquisition Partner for Alternaleaf will play a critical role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring high volumes of talented individuals across our clinic department, specifically doctors. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with exceptional communication, organisational and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies for high-volume GP positions.
- Utilise various sourcing methods, including online channels, job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract a pool of qualified candidates.
- Attend medical conferences across Australia to engage with doctors and spread the Montu mission to create a talent pool.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely updates and reports to stakeholders on recruitment metrics, including candidate pipeline, time-to-fill, and hiring costs.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously seeking opportunities to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
