Our client is seeking a Mechanical Engineer Technician to join their Team in Bulleen VIC.

Job Summary: The Mechanical Engineer Technician is responsible for supporting the design, development, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems used in renovation projects. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various machinery and tools to ensure the highest standards of quality and functionality in supporting our renovation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Mechanical Systems Support:
• Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems and components required for renovation projects.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the mechanical requirements of the projects.
• Conduct tests and inspections to ensure the quality and functionality of mechanical systems and components used in renovation activities.

2. Installation and Maintenance:
• Install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems and equipment used in renovation projects.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide solutions to maintain operational efficiency in the renovation process.
• Perform regular maintenance and calibration of tools and machinery used in renovation projects.

3. Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with engineers, renovation teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

4. Quality Control and Safety:
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment in renovation sites.
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards and regulations related to renovation.

Qualifications:
Education:
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or a related field.
Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in operating machine tools such CNC machines.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints relevant to renovation.
• Language Skills:
• Proficiency in English and Persian is preferred.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced renovation environment.
