8 years plus industry experience
Full working rights and be currently living in Australia.
A recognised Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Engineering or similar
Infrastructure experience prerequisite, especially with aviation or utilities.
Track record of engaging and influencing clients at a senior level.
Clear understanding of and ability to implement strategy for growth, with clear relevance to the local market context.
Good leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.
Ability to produce resource-based estimates, top down cost plans or parametric cost models
Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.
Demonstrable reputation for challenge, innovation and continued improvement.
Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients.
